Episode 4 of Season 8 of hit BBC show "Doctor Who" is titled "Listen," and it seems that this is one of the new season's scariest episodes so far. The Doctor is thinking up some very wild theories indeed in the adventure he and Clara have found themselves. He was shown in the preview doing some serious thinking and posing that no one is truly alone, ever.

"Listen" is directed by Douglas Mackinnon and during an interview he spoke about this fourth episode of the hit series, Scotland Now reports. He exclaimed that "Listen" is the one of the best stories that has yet been written by Steven Moffat and he would still consider it an amazing story even if he did not have a chance to direct it.

While traveling through time and space, which is the show's premise, remains constant, the conclusion is what makes the episode such a delight. MacKinnon said that the message it gives to adults and children is something that is poetic and beautiful, just like a love letter.

Based on the trailer, there will be ghostly enemies as well as something else in tow. According to Red Eye Chicago, Clara will go on her awkward first date with a man named Danny Pink, played by Samuel Anderson. While the first date was hesitant between the two, there will be other dates for them.

The pair, together with Orson Pink, will change the Doctor's future. Danny Pink used to be in the army and is now working as a math teacher. Fans are eagerly awaiting the development of the story between Danny and Clara and are thinking ahead that there will be some connection in him being a math teacher who has a military background. Indeed, that would be a waste not to explore in some way.

Episode 4 of "Doctor Who" Season 8 will air on BBC on Sept. 13.
