On Sunday, Gwen Stefani honored her 12th wedding anniversary with her husband, Gavin Rossdale, by posting an old 90s photo of the couple together on Instagram, MTV reports.

In the 90s throwback photo, Stefani sports her signature platinum blonde hair and a crop top with low-rise jeans as the lead singer of "No Doubt." Rossdale, on the other hand, sports dirty blond locks, a black jacket and denim jeans as the lead singer of Bush. [MTV]

Underneath the photo, Stefani posted a heart emoji as the caption and tagged her husband's Instagram name.

Stefani and Rossdale fans flooded Stefani's Instagram feed with congratulatory comments on the couple's 12th year as a married couple.

"Aw soooo cute! Happy Anniversary to you two!" @talinaknighthart wrote.

Another Instagram user @mimi_w_stone wrote, "I love this, such an iconic couple."

E! News reports that the duo first met while touring together as lead singers for the bands No Doubt and Bush. The happy couple later exchanged vows in 2002 during their destination wedding in London at St. Paul's Govent Garden surrounded by friends and family. Since their wedding, Stefani and Rossdale have had three sons.

Prior to celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary, Rossdale sat down with Howard Stern to address OK! Magazine's rumor report that he and Stefani were headed for divorce. [E! News]

"It's so mean-spirited," Rossdale said about the rumor reports during his interview on The Howard Stern Show.

He continued to slam the tabloid for choosing to report on false rumors instead of reporting on a factual story involving the shooting of a plane.

"It was the same day with that tragic, terrible shooting down of the plane and I felt so humiliated that anything, even the biggest load of bullsh*t, had any place in the media when such a tragic event was going on, and I cursed that magazine and that girl that wrote that, and I just thought, 'What a way to run your life,'" Rossdale said.

Fans can look forward to seeing the happy couple on the upcoming season of "The Voice" which premieres on Sept. 22 on NBC at 8/7c.
