Beyonce & Jay-Z Relationship News, Rumors Update 2014: 'Drunk in Love' Duo 'Close to Buying' $85 Million Beverly Hill Mansion? [Video]
Beyoncé and Jay Z are reportedly "close to buying" an $85 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
According to TMZ, the "Drunk in Love" duo got to experience what it is like to actually live in Los Angeles while leasing a mansion in exclusive Holmby Hills for $200,000 per month over the summer.
The real estate sources told the website that the R&B diva and the "Magna Carta Holy Grail" rapper already checked out the brand new cliffside estate twice. After their visits, it looks like the couple might consider moving to the west coast.
The eight-bedroom, 15-bathroom lavish property is 23,000 square feet and features an attached underground 16-car garage, huge closets, an infinity pool, a massive wine cellar, a 24-seat movie theater, a car showroom and even a candy room, which Blue Ivy will love. It comes with various luxury items, such as Yves Saint Laurent fire extinguishers, a motorcycle under a giant portrait of James Dean and an extensive collection of impressive weapons.
The house, which its listing promises, "an overwhelming sensory experience unlike any you've felt before," also boasts a panoramic view of Malibu and downtown Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, Bey and Hov are reportedly teaming up for a joint album, which is set for a release in late 2014 or early 2015, after wrapping their highly successful "On the Run" world tour over the weekend.
"The biggest couple in music, maybe entertainment, maybe the world, they're working on an album together. You know who I'm talking about -- Jay Z and Beyoncé," DJ Skee announced on Dash Radio on Tuesday. "I have confirmed and talked with a couple sources. Now we all know what Jay Z did with Samsung last year. We all know how Beyoncé came out of nowhere. But this secret would top all of them, even that new U2 album."
