Filming for the final season 6 of “Glee” is underway, and while "Gleeks" are sad to see it come to an end, they’re getting pumped to see that the show is taking it back to where it all started.

New images have surfaced on E! showing the “Unholy Trinity” of Quinn, Santana and Brittany in Cheerios uniforms and on the McKinley High School football field.

What are these girls up to, and did they miss their pom-poms that bad?

While filming, the trio, played by Dianna Agron, Heather Morris and Naya Rivera, reportedly performed a musical number on the field with a marching band.

They didn’t sport regular Cheerios outfits, or typical WMHS cheerleader uniforms. Instead, they are sporting red pleated skirts and tied up red T-shirts that read, “Cheerios Alum,” on the back.

Other “Glee” favorites, Lea Michele and Chord Overstreet also appeared in a photo together at a football game.

E! suggested that they “might be back for a reunion and are taking to the field as Cheerios again for old times' sake,” among other theories.

"My feeling about the last season of ‘Glee’ is very clear, and that is that we will be reaching out to all of the regulars on the show, that original group of Glee club members and the teachers, and anybody who wants to come back can come back," Ryan Murphy told E!. "Anybody who wants to be a part of the show, we welcome them."

For the final season, members of the original cast will return, including Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Rivera, Agron, Morris, Dot-Marie Jones, Jane Lynch, Kevin McHale, Matthew Morrison, Chord Overstreet, Jenna Ushkowitz and Amber Riley.
