With Thursday Night Football featuring the Redskins and the Giants, not many Madden NFL 15 ratings changes are expected besides the quarterbacks. Let's take a look at how the Week 4 player ratings could change prior to Week 4 beginning.

Thursday night's game between the Redskins and the Giants might seem like a boring game to some. But, Kirk Cousins looked pretty good out there in Week 3, right? Since the Madden 15 player rankings update will not come out until Friday, Kirk Cousins' 78 overall rating (OVR) will not change until then. He looked great in Sunday's loss to the Eagles. He threw for three touchdowns and 427 yards. Not so bad for a C-rated QB, right? Cousins will likely get bumped up to a 80 rating OVR Friday.

So, then there is Eli Manning an 82 OVR rated QB. He has not looked good all season. He already has four interceptions, and he has not been able to throw the ball downfield very much. If he struggles Thursday night, expect him to go down to a 78-79 rating.

Eli's brother Peyton has this week off but he looked pretty good last week and almost led his team to an overtime upset of the defending World Champion Seahawks. Peyton is already at a 98 OVR, so do not expect him to get boosted to a perfect 99 perfect rating.

A perfect 99 OVR player, Richard Sherman gave up the game tying touchdown to Peyton's Broncos last Sunday. He was also attacked for five passes for 64 yards the week previous. Since he is the cover athlete do not expect EA Sports to drop him down much more than one or two points if he keeps giving up touchdowns and passes this season.

What do you think of these ratings? Do you think Peyton Manning is ranked too high? Will the Giants get back on track Thursday night? Leave us a comment below and let us know what you think.
