After Khloé Kardashian's highly publicized breakup from rapper boyfriend French Montana, stepfather Bruce Jenner has reportedly been giving advice to Lamar Odom on how to win his estranged wife back.

According to Hollywood Life, the former Olympian, who actually filed response to the divorce documents from his spouse of 22 years Kris earlier this week, apparently is aware that the former NBA basketball player wants the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star back in his life.

"Bruce is old school, and tells Lamar that if he follows his heart and if his heart only beats for Khloé, go after her and don't stop," a source said.

Jenner wants the couple to reconcile and reunite, only if that is what they really want to do.

"Bruce doesn't want to see Khloé or anyone hurt for that matter, and he really thinks Lamar's a good guy who's perfect for Khloé," the source said. "But Bruce only gives advice when asked -- other than that, he keeps to himself."

Meanwhile, according to another source, Khloé Kardashian is aware that Lamar Odom, from whom she filed for divorce in December 2013, still loves her and wants to rekindle his relationship with her.

"Khloé thinks he's such a charmer which is why she fell in love with him in the first place, among other reason," the source said. "Here's the deal. She's flattered by all of it. Make no mistake about it. She acknowledges the fact that he's still in love with her, despite her filing for divorce and kicking him out."

However, the reality star is not ready to reconcile with the athlete because she is afraid of getting hurt again.

"Fact is she's not ready. That's not a yes. And it's not a no. She doesn't know what to do with the situation," the source said. "Does she love him? Of course. Does she want a family of her own? Absolutely. Does she miss being married to him? Indeed. But she's also scared and doesn't want her heart broken again."
