The HTC Mini 2 comes with 4.5 inch display and 720x1280 resolutions. It runs on 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor supported by 1 GB RAM. The rear camera is 13 megapixels and the front one is 5 megapixels. The HTC Mini 2 comes with only 16 GB of built in storage, but an extendable memory can raise that number up to 128 GB.
