The 2014 NFL season is already a quarter of the way complete.

Week 5 begins with a match-up between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers on Thursday Night Football. This week's edition of "teams who must win" features a lot of desperate teams with sub-par records and winnable games in Week 5.

Here are five NFL teams who must win their Week 5 game:

1. New Orleans Saints

This team has been a major disappointment so far. The Saints are currently 1-3 with losses to the Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons and a dominating 38-17 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. For some reason, this team just performs differently on the road. Quarterback Drew Brees is missing passes he usually connects with, and Rob Ryan's defense is looking awful. The Saints play the 1-3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 5 at home, so there's no excuse for the Saints this week.

2. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles still lead the NFC East, but the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys are playing very well lately. A loss to the San Francisco 49ers dropped the Eagles to 3-1, and they get an easy game in Week 5. The Eagles face the 1-2 St. Louis Rams, who are still trying to find their quarterback. Playing at home, the Eagles should be able to win and improve their overall record to 4-1. A loss would drop the Eagles to 3-2 and a possible division tie.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers had the most disappointing loss in Week 4 when they lost to the win-less Buccaneers in the final seconds at home. Quarterback Mike Glennon connected with Vincent Jackson for the game-winning touchdown at Heinz Field, and the Steelers fell to 2-2. In Week 5, the Steelers face the 0-4 Jacksonville Jaguars. Could we see the Steelers lose back-to-back games against a win-less team?

4. Green Bay Packers

The Packers and quarterback Aaron Rodgers defeated the Chicago Bears, as usual, in Week 4, improving their record to 2-2. The Packers don't have a lot of time to prepare for their next game, which will be against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football. Most likely, running back Adrian Peterson won't even be playing and the game will be played at Lambeau Field. Expect the Packers to improve to 3-2.

5. San Diego Chargers

The Chargers find themselves at 3-1 so far with wins over the Seattle Seahawks, Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars. After that disappointing Week 1 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, the Chargers have won three games in a row. Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos have dominated this AFC West division over the last two seasons. The Chargers host the Jets, who have lost their last three games. Traveling across country to hot and humid conditions could spell trouble for the Jets.
