Zac Efron recently walked the red carpet to promote his new project, "Parkland" amid rumors of cocaine addiction. The 25-year-old actor had allegedly completed a stint in rehab to deal with the disease, according to a report from USA Today.

Looking great and healthy as he posed for photographers, Efron is said to have completed treatment for his cocaine addiction and had gotten out of the rehab facility five months ago, according to E! Online.

Representatives from Efron's camp have yet to confirm the rumors, but TMZ says the former teen heartthrob has developed cocaine addiction while filming the movie "Neighbors" in which he plays a frat boy. The "High School Musical" star is also rumored to have a liking for the rave drug "Molly," a popular drug of choice in clubs.

Unlike other troubled young Disney stars, Efron has had no record of outrageous behavior that reveals a habit of alcohol and substance abuse. According toTMZ reports however, the actor and a bunch of friends spent days at SkyLofts at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas getting high on cocaine and causing damages of up to $50,000 for the wild party.

The Former teen idol allegedly even went absent for a number of days on the set of "Neighbors" because of his addiction. TMZ sources say it was common knowledge on set that Efron was a coke addict, and that he was struggling to kick the habit.

All that is in past now though, as Efron proved to be glowing and healthy at the premiere of "Parkland," a JFK drama that focuses on the assassination of the former president, opening on October 4.

Efron even told E!Online as he walked the red carpet, "I'm good, real good."
