NBA 2K15 continues to have issues with its gameplay and server issues but 2KSports is insisting that the game is on stable ground.

Monday, 2KSports had to restore server problems for the online gameplay mode of NBA 2K15. These issues made the game almost unplayable online.

Capitalizing on these server issues is EA Sports. EA Sports is the maker of the NBA Live game that has yet to be released. They are insisting that their servers will be well-connected to real-life events that happen in the actual NBA. They announced a partnership Tuesday with Synergy Sports. This partnership will allow NBA Live to be connected better to the on-court happenings of the NBA and incorporate those happenings into the game.

For example, if a certain player has been particularly clutch with his shooting, Synergy Sports will try and send that information back to EA Sports in order for them to update the player's shooting ability.

This is a major spped bump for 2KSports and it could give NBA Live the upper hand.

Besides NBA 2K15 having trouble with their servers, the game is dealing with several major injuries in the NBA, most notably Paul George. Could this be the next "Madden Curse?"

Besides George, Rajon Rondo (Celtics) and Kevin Durant (Thunder) are all injured. George and Durant were heavily used in the marketing and branding for the game and with these players hurt, it could affect sales of the game.

Finally, the NBA simulator is getting mostly upper 90's and 9's and 10's reviews from different reviewing websites and publications. Its "metascore" from metacritic.com is averaging at about 90.

Definitely the bugs and server errors may have hurt this game's debut, but EA Sports should have these fixed soon enough to not hurt the game's actual gameplay.

What do you think of the injuries in the NBA? Should they matter for a video game? Will you still buy NBA 2K15? Leave us a comment below and let us know what you think.
