Microsoft is taking advantage of the popular "Assassin's Creed" series by allowing customers to bundle a brand new Xbox One and a copy of "Assassins Creed Unity."

Assassin's Creed: Unity will debut Nov. 11 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Right now, with their bundles, Xbox One has the upper hand for the new game.

The bundle for the Xbox One will come with Kinect and will cost $499 or customers can choose a Kinect-free Xbox One and pay $399. Both bundles come with the game, one controller and one free month of Xbox Live. Those who purchase the bundle will also get a box with "Assassin's Creed" cover art.

This is not the first time that Microsoft has tried to lure customers into buying a bundled system. Back when "Madden NFL 15" came out, Microsoft released a bundle with the same deal.

With a bundle, more gamers feel like they are getting a great value. They know that they are basically getting a hot new game for free but they are also getting the special edition box. Microsoft usually throws in a free demo game or some other goodies too. For this bundle, Microsoft is throwing in "Dance Central Spotlight." So, two games, a new console and a pretty box for $399 is a pretty good deal. It would be nice if the console was painted with "Assassin's Creed" art, but it is still a good deal.

What do you think about the new bundle for the Xbox One? Is this a good way for Microsoft to lure customers towards purchasing a new Xbox One?

Pre-orders are already being taken for all three formats of the game. For now, it looks like the Xbox One version of the game will take the marketshare, followed by PS4 and then followed by PC.
