Mariana Jimenez, the newly crowned Miss Venezuela, has nude images floating around, but it's not what it seems.

The beauty queen was not hacked, and the image was not exactly a secret. Jimenez took nude images two years ago for an HIV campaign. She poses with other people, but everyone is mostly covered.

And it seems the Miss Venezuela organizers are backing their beauty queen.

"Media lacking ethics, objectivity and professionalism are seeking to shake things up at the expense of promoting bullying and upsetting everyone affected," the organization said. "Our Mariana Jimenez, Miss Venezuela 2014, was Miss Sport 2012, and our organization approves of the impeccable behavior mentioned. She responsibly committed to the foundation, and we are her biggest spokespeople to defend her undisputed morals."

Jimenez also spoke up about her images, and said they had a beautiful message, but that there would always be negativity.

The Miss Venezuela organizers faced criticism for not honoring Monica Spear, who won the crown 10 years before and was murdered at the beginning of 2014. Viewers expressed their disappointment on social media because the pageant didn't honor Spear.

Jimenez did try to handle it in a classy way, and she dedicated her crown to the late Spear.

"I'm emotional because this sash means a lot," she said. "It meant a lot to receive from Miss Universe. I dedicate it to Monica Spear; it's for you, Monica. I give you that crown and that sash."

Jimenez added that she didn't understand why there wasn't an homage to Spear, but that she knew she had to say something about her.

Maria Esther Cortes Molina, who was Miss World Nicaragua, recently had nude images of her leaked, and the beauty queen had to renounce her crown. She was replaced by Yumara Lopez.

"Miss World Nicaragua appreciates Miss Cortes Molina for her effort and dedication to our organization," the beauty pageant organizers said in a press release. "We wish her the best and success in all her ambitions in life."
