Fantasy Football owners across the world are setting their squads for Week 8 of the 2014 NFL season.

The quarterback position is regarded as the most important due to the high amount of fantasy points he can reward you with.

Here, Latin Post.com looks at the best and worst options for Week 8 among notable starting quarterbacks:

Start

Drew Brees

It's do or die for the New Orleans Saints this week. The Saints are 2-4 and will be playing the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football. The Saints will also be playing at home, where they are basically unbeatable. In his last three games, quarterback Drew Brees has six touchdown passes and five interceptions; not exactly Pro Bowl material. The Saints know they can't drop to 2-5 or their season is over.

Tony Romo

The Dallas Cowboys have a date with the Washington Redskins on Monday Night Football. Tony Romo should have a terrific game against this mediocre 2-5 squad. The Redskins will focus so much on stopping running back DeMarco Murray, who leads the NFL in rushing yards, and Romo will beat the Redskins for the deep ball. Expect Dez Bryant to have a great day as well. This season Romo has a 104.7 passer rating with multiple touchdown passes in his last five consecutive games.

Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers take on the Saints this upcoming week. This game will be played inside a dome between two teams that have Hall of Fame caliber quarterbacks. The Saints defense is currently ranked 21st overall in the league, and is no match for Rodgers and Jordy Nelson. There's a good chance both teams could score more than 30 points in this game. If you like high-scoring games, then be sure to tune in Sunday night.

Bench

Andy Dalton

The Cincinnati Bengals host the Baltimore Ravens at home this week, but they're in the middle of a slump. After starting the season 3-0, the Bengals haven't won a game since Sep. 21. Dalton has been struggling lately as well, leading the Bengals to a shutout loss to the Indianapolis Colts last week. This AFC North game could spell trouble for Dalton fantasy owners.

Matt Ryan

The 2-5 Atlanta Falcons have lost their last four consecutive games, and Week 8 doesn't get any easier. The Falcons have to travel to London, England to face the 5-2 Detroit Lions. This Lions team, led by defensive end Ndamukong Suh, has the No. 1 ranked defense in the entire NFL. Ryan doesn't have a reliable running game for a balanced offensive attack, and most likely will turn over the ball frequently.

Nick Foles

Last season, Nick Foles threw an amazing 27 touchdowns and just two interceptions. So far this year Foles has 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions, and LeSean McCoy isn't playing great. Foles has four touchdowns and five interceptions in his last three games -- not exactly elite status. This week, Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles face the Arizona Cardinals led by Patrick Peterson. The 5-1 Eagles could certainly win this game on the road, but Foles isn't putting up last year's numbers at all.
