Harry Styles and Erin Foster, who is 12 years older than the One Direction member, reportedly have a romantic relationship at the moment.

A source confirmed to E! News that the couple is dating, however their relationship is "nothing serious."

"It's unlikely it will ever become serious, but they are casually dating whenever they are in the same place at the same time, and it works for both of them," the source added.

The 20-year-old British pop star recently took the 32-year-old writer and actress out on a romantic autumn date at Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in Beverly Hills. "After visiting the pumpkin patch, they went for dinner," an insider revealed to Grazia magazine. "It's nothing serious, but they're both having fun."

"Erin and Harry met through Kimberly Stewart over a year ago and stayed in touch," the insider added. "Erin's dad David is a top music producer and a good friend of Kimberly's dad Rod... He first met Erin at Penny Lancaster's birthday last year, and they've been hanging out in L.A."

In addition, Hollywood Life reported that Harry Styles wants be in a serious relationship, because he apparently believes that dating someone new will help fans to move on and eventually forget about ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift - a possible reason that he is currently dating Erin Foster.

"Harry keeps hearing people talk about him and Taylor, and he hates it," a source revealed. "The guys from One Direction are making fun of him about it as well, and it's making him feel uncomfortable, so he can't wait until he has a serious girlfriend."

"It won't be easy, but Harry feels it will get all the talk about him getting back together with Taylor or liking Taylor out of people's minds," the source added. "Harry is over that relationship and wants everyone to know it! In his eyes, being in relationship with another girl will do the trick."
