The new all-metal HTC One (M8) for Windows will be available on Nov. 7 for AT&T customers. For $0 down on an AT&T Next plan, customers could purchase the new smartphone with installments of $27.92 a month with Next 18 or $33.60 a month with Next 12.

With a no-contract commitment, the HTC One could be bought at $669.99 or with a two-year commitment, for $199.99 with AT&T.

AT&T has one of the largest and most advanced collections of Windows phones and covers over 300 million Americans with its 4G LTE network.

Cortana, the personal virtual assistant that learns your interests and can set reminders by people, is also included in the phone. The visual assistant is the only smartphone device that can do such tasks, and could also set reminders by time and location.

Windows apps are also available on the go with the metal HtC One (M8) such as Xbox, Skype and Bing.

This smartphone has the HTC Duo camera that allows users to take quality photos. It features two cameras that work together, letting the user choose which parts of a scene they would like to highlight. This effect works even after you've taken the shot. Other effects include blurring photo backgrounds, changing focus and adding 3D-style dimension and depth.

Additional phone features include 32 GB of on-board storage with the option to expand it, a 5-inch full HD display and a full Microsoft Office suite.

The HTC One (M8) smartphone is ranked four out of five stars on AT&T's Eco-Rating system, which was created to empower consumer choice around sustainability and rates the environmental factors of AT&T branded handset devices.
