Molly Shattuck, the oldest woman to be a cheerleader in the NFL, was charged with the rape of a 15-year-old boy at a rental home in Delaware. Shattuck appeared in court where she was charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse and providing alcohol to minors.

According to a statement released by the Delaware State Police, Shattuck, 47, was charged on Nov. 3 with two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact, and three counts of providing alcohol to minors.

Police say the relationship began in Baltimore, where the victim and Shattuck reside, but ended in Bethany Beach, Delaware during Labor Day weekend when Shattuck brought her children and their friends to a vacation rental house. According to ABC News, Shattuck was indicted by the Sussex County Grand Jury and was released on $84,000 bond.

"Like anybody who would be charged with an offense of this nature, she's quite distraught and dealing with it the best she can," Eugene Maurer told the press. "Obviously, she's very upset about it."

Court records say that the victim and Shattuck's 15-year-old son went to the McDonogh School in Baltimore. Shattuck had begun communicating with the victim via Instagram in around May, reports the Baltimore Sun. The two met in several occasions to perform various sexual acts in Shattuck's car.

During the Labor Day ordeal, Shattuck assured the victim's parents that "there was no alcohol or drugs at the residence and she was the only adult." However, she gave the boy wine during the night and, after the younger children were asleep, she took her son and his friends, including the victim, out to buy beer.

She then asked to walk the dog with the victim, during which she performed oral sex on him. Back in the house, the boy joined his friends but then Shattuck pulled him aside and took him to her bedroom, where she again performed oral sex on him and offered to have intercourse. The victim refused and left.

The Washington Post reports the victim alerted Baltimore police on Sept. 24, informing the school and, two days later, Delaware police.

"The parent has been prohibited from entering McDonogh's campus and additional security measures have been in place to assure the safety of students since the incident was reported," said a statement by McDonogh School headmaster, Charlie Britton.

Shattuck is currently divorcing her husband, millionaire Mayo Shattuck.
