Klaus will fight to save his brother Elijah from their mother's curse in the next all-new episode of "The Originals."

Last week, Esther put Klaus under a spell in order to turn him into the man that she thinks he should be. It was also revealed that Ansel, the Katniss of the werewolf pack, is Klaus' biological father, notes Entertainment Weekly.

In Monday's upcoming episode, "Chasing the Devil's Tail," Klaus will do all he can to get into Elijah's mind and break his mother's spell.

In a preview clip, Klaus is seen trying to free Elijah of Esther's magic, which proves to be too powerful for him to destroy.

Executive producer Julie Plec also dropped a teaser about Esther, telling E! Online that fans can expect to see her in another form.

"Alice Evans hasn't returned as Esther for any present-day stories yet (though that doesn't mean it'll never happen)," said Plec. "But we will see another actress, Hayley McCarthy, playing Young Esther in flashbacks to the Mikaelsons' life before Klaus and Elijah were born."

According to Dread Central, the synopsis for "Chasing the Devil's Tail" reads as follows:

"When Klaus (Joseph Morgan) discovers that Elijah (Daniel Gillies) has been afflicted by Esther's (Sonja Sohn) magic, he heads to the bayou in search of an antidote but quickly realizes he's not alone.

"Armed with intel gathered by Aiden (guest star Colin Woodell), Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) teams up with him, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), Cami (Leah Pipes), and Josh (guest star Steven Krueger) and launches a plan to take down Vincent (guest star Yusuf Gatewood) by exploiting his one weakness. Meanwhile, with Esther determined to carry out her plan, Vincent and Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman) are forced to reconsider their own strategies.

"Intrigued by Davina's (Danielle Campbell) unwavering attempts to create an unlinking spell, Kaleb lets her in on some secrets from his past and takes her to a place he frequented in 1914."

It was also revealed that Rebekah and baby Hope will make a return visit to New Orleans in the Nov. 24 episode of The Originals.

"She has been off raising Hope and we've always said on The Vampire Diaries and on The Originals that Rebekah longed for a return to humanity," executive producer Michael Narducci teased to E! Online. "She was looking for the cure, she wanted to have a normal life and be free of the drama of her family and the bloodlust of being a vampire. If you think about it, that's what Esther wants to give her."

The EP added that "Esther is going to bear down on that exact motive and drive and it's just a matter of can Rebekah possibly trust her mother?" Can she possibly take that offer knowing that it would weaken her family's ability to fight Esther, knowing that her family might still need her and knowing that she is Hope's guardian? It's going to be very difficult for Rebekah to have to put aside her own desires in order to stay and maintain an alliance with her brothers when Esther is basically promising her everything she ever wanted."

"The Originals" season 2 episode 7, "Chasing the Devil's Tail," airs on Monday, Nov. 17 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
