Chris Brown 'X' Album Release Date Announced: Nov. 19 After Summer Delay
Chris Brown reveals a new release date for his upcoming album "X." On his Twitter, he announced the great news to his fans and followers in a very crisp tweet, "111913!"
The singer's highly anticipated sixth LP "X" was originally scheduled to debut in July. In August, the R&B singer certainly shocked the world when he said on his Twitter account that "X" may be his last album, "Don't worry mainstream America. After this X album, it'll probably be my last album."
Regarding "Fine China," which is his first single from album "X," it clearly seems that Chris Brown is changing his direction away from EDM to focus more on soulful R&B in his upcoming album. He talks about his rhythm and blues inspirations, and what he wants to do with his music, "I wanted to touch musically on Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Same Cooke, and incorporate those influences with the new."
In addition, Breezy recently revealed that the project will feature guest appearances, such as his former girlfriend Rihanna, Wiz Khalifa, Kelly Rowland, Brandy and Kendick Lamar for "Autumn Leaves," The production will be coming from an impressive lineup of producers - Timbaland, Pharrell, Diplo, Polow Da Don, Danja, CP Dubb, Mel and Mus, Verse Simmonds and Drumma Boy.
His latest single from "X", "Love More" featuring Nicki Minaj continues to be in the top 10 of the R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart.
Chris Brown's sixth studio album "X" will arrive in stores and online on November 19.
