Manny Pacquiao vows to go all out in his upcoming fight against Chris Algieri, but the reigning World Boxing Organization welterweight champion is not focused on scoring a knockout win on Saturday in Macau, China.

Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach and adviser Michael Koncz recently predicted a knockout win for Pacquiao. Roach even said that his fighter will only need one round to dispatch Algieri, but Pacquiao said in an interview with PhilBoxing that he won't force a knockout victory.

"As I have been saying, winning by KO will come," said Pacquiao, who has not scored a knockout win since his 12th round stoppage victory against Miguel Cotto in November 2009.

Pacquiao added, though, that he knows Roach is confident about their chances because of the way they trained for his showdown against Algieri. The veteran trainer also told BoxingScene that their training camp for the Algieri bout was one of their best camps ever because of Pacquiao's focus and dedication.

"This is the one of the best camp we've held," Roach said. "Better than, say, Manny's previous eight fights or so. Credit should go to Manny, too, for his work ethics, sincerity and determination in following the training regimen we crafted for him."

Pacquiao, who is coming off convincing victories against Brandon Rios and Timothy Bradley in his previous fights, will be an overwhelming favorite against Algieri, but the unbeaten challenger is also confident about his chances against the former pound-for-pound king.

Algieri, who holds a perfect 20-0 record with eight knockouts, said that he also prepared hard for the biggest fight of his career, and he feels that they did enough to score an upset win against Pacquiao.

"I worked hard for over 10 weeks in the most strenuous and productive training camp of my career," Algieri told ESPN. "I had a lot of different sparring partners, including Zab Judah, giving me different looks to prepare me for anything Pacquiao decides to throw at me. I am 110 percent prepared for our fight."
