Latin Grammys Fashion 2014: See the 6 Top Outfits Dating Back to Last Year [Photos]
One of the best parts of award shows is the fashion aspect because anyone can be a winner.
Here, we look at the six best outfits from last year, and it was a particularly strong year in the fashion department.
1. Carmen Electra
You may not think of sleek and understated when you think of Carmen Electra, but at the 2013 Latin Grammys, it's exactly what she delivered. She wore a high ponytail and most of her outfits embellishments were subtle. The sleeves to her dress were filled with paillettes, and her shoes had gold trim. And though she looked very covered up, when she turned around, she revealed that her dress was backless.
2. Roselyn Sanchez
Roselyn Sanchez usually impresses on the red carpet. She doesn't make the most conventional choices, but it always works for her. Last year, she wore a strapless, figure hugging dress that featured geometric shapes.
3. Ana Patricia
Ana Patricia's gown was romantic, but not in the usual sense. Instead of featuring a full skirt, Patricia's gown was more on the sleek side. Still, it was pretty and she added a fun detail with her blue clutch.
4. Becky G
The young singer chose something that was absolutely age appropriate. Becky G attended the event wearing a bright, bold dress. Although the dress had a slit, it was not over the top, and the singer showed great restraint. Because her dress was hot pink, she wore her hair slicked back. She did accessorize with some amazing shoes, which didn't end up competing with the dress.
5. Genesis Rodriguez
Genesis Rodriguez was perhaps the best dressed person at the award show. She wore a sleek white gown that had cutouts. Everything about the style was simple. From her hair to her makeup to her jewelry, everything was perfectly suited to go with that white gown. And by the looks of it, Rodriguez felt great, too.
6. Adriana Lima
Supermodel Adriana Lima helped take a very girly color and turn it into something sexy. The one-shouldered gown was all about drama. It had a train and a some shimmer.
