Several players are getting their ratings revised in NBA 2K15 as the NBA season gets going.

On Thursday, a roster change gave several updates to the game and its players. There were some notable changes too.

Let's take a look:

Brandon Knight of the Milwaukee Bucks missed an easy potential game-winning layup in overtime Wednesday night. The Bucks ended up winning in triple overtime, but if he would have made that layup, the game would have been over after one overtime.

Check out the video below:

Perhaps because of this big miss, Knight's "moving shot close" rating was reduced by four points. He is still an 81 overall, and his standstill 3-point shooting ability rose by 5 points.

Meanwhile, Kyrie Irving for the Cleveland Cavaliers seems to be taking away LeBron James' spotlight. NBA 2K15 gave him a big boost by adding seven points to his standing three point capability.

Kent Bazemore for the Atlanta Hawks did not receive that same boost. In fact, in standing 3-point skills, Bazemore fell by six points.

In total, NBA 2K15 has released 31 updates to the game.

With NBA 2K15 is trying to be the best basketball simulator, IGN agrees that NBA Live 15 still is not quite there yet, despite improving from last year.

One of best parts about NBA 2K15 is fan interaction with Ronnie 2K, the game's unofficial spokesperson on Twitter. Ronnie is a fun guy who interacts with fans almost every minute (it seems). It's good that NBA 2K15 has a guy like Ronnie because it is bringing loyal gamers back year after year.
