Guest characters could be coming to "Mortal Kombat X" in addition to the confirmed characters.

Let's take a look at some of the characters rumored to be making it into the game:

Pinhead - A character from "Hellraiser"

Frank the Bunny - A character from "Donnie Darko"

Spawn - From the "Spawn' series.

Ash Williams - From "Evil Dead"

A Predator - from the "Predator" films.

Of course, this is just what IGN is posting on their website and putting into a YouTube video. It does not mean these characters will make it into the game.

No Old-Gen System Support?

If you have delayed in getting that Xbox One or PlayStation 4, you may not be able to play "Mortal Kombat X." Recent rumors are showing that the video game will only be supported in the next-gen systems and not the old-gen systems (PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360).

If "Mortal Kombat" decides to skip over the old-gen systems, they could miss out on potential gamers. Some gamers are probably holding back on getting that next-gen system because of the hefty prices. Until recently, gamers could not purchase a PS4 or Xbox One for cheaper than $399. Now, the systems are starting to come down in price for the holidays.

"Mortal Kombat" might be smart by skipping the old-gen systems. It means that they can focus on the amazing capabilities and graphics that the next-gen systems offer.

Favorite Character Polls Results

Earlier we polled readers on their favorite characters in the "Mortal Kombat" series.

With over 850 respondents, most readers (32 percent) chose "Other." That beat out Scorpion at 26 percent and Sub-Zero at 21 percent.

Latin Post will try this poll again with more character choices in the future.

"Mortal Kombat X" is scheduled for an April 15, 2015 release.
