The due date of Kourtney Kardashian's third baby with her longtime beau, Scott Disick, may be quickly approaching, but the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star recently posted a cryptic image on Instagram that she suggested that she and Disick may have broken up.

On Friday, Kardashian posted a picture collage of two images from the Disney film, "Lilo & Stitch," which reads, "If you want to leave, you can. I'll remember you though. I remember everyone that leaves."

Kardashian also posted a broken heart emoji alongside the Instagram meme as her caption.

Us Weekly suggests that Kardashian's cryptic Instagram photo might be aimed at Disick, whose drinking and addiction to prescription pills has caused a strain in his and Kardashian's longtime relationship.

In an upcoming episode of "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons," Kardashian tells her half sister Kendall Jenner that Disick is leaving his family behind and entering rehab for his struggles with alcohol and sleeping pills. 

Kardashian attributes Disick's addiction with depression.

Though Kardashian claims that Disick will enter rehab in the E! clip, a Hollywood Life source says Disick continues to drink and that Kardashian's rehab claims are just for show.

"He is a good father but he's not going to stop drinking," a Hollywood Life source said. "He didn't go to rehab, it was just a few sessions for the show."

Back in July, Us Weekly reported that the father of two promised Kardashian he would stop drinking until the birth of their third child.

At the time, Disick's promise to remain sober was in response to a night of drinking in the Hamptons that landed him in the hospital, TMZ reported.
