343 Industries is apologzing for some major issues plaguing the recently released "Halo" video game.

The highly anticipated release of the full collection of classic "Halo" games remastered for the Xbox One, called "Halo: The Master Chief Collection," began on Nov. 11. However, immediate problems and delays occurred, and customers began complaining that they couldn't reliably access the collection's online gaming features.

"With the initial release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection however, we have not delivered the experience you deserve," 343 Industires head Bonnie Ross wrote in a blog post, as spotted by IGN. "I personally apologize for this on behalf of us all at 343 Industries. Our team is committed to working around the clock until these issues are resolved."

Some gamers complained about waiting hours before they could participate in an online match.

Microsoft and 343 Industries have vowed to fix the problems and are making it their main focus when releasing patch updates and fixes for the game.

"The Master Chief Collection" brings back the old "Halo" hits with improved graphics, better sound and extra goodies. But after all the hype, releasing the newest addition to the "Halo" franchise with so many errors certainly doesn't make 343 look good. The company knows it will have to find a way to make it up to gamers.

"While our team works on continual improvements and towards solutions, my commitment to you is that we will take care of all owners of Halo: The Master Chief Collection," writes Ross. "Our primary and continued focus is first on fixing the issues at hand. Once we've done that, we will detail how we will make this right with our fans."

Whether that means a monetary fix or some sort of in-game bonus, we'll have to wait and see how 343 Industries decides to apologize to gamers. Stay tuned.
