Grand Theft Auto 5 broke all kinds of sales records when it was released in September, so it's no surprise that some of the millions of gamers have found a way around some of the rules.

One of the cheats (it's more like a glitch) is the ability to purchase expensive properties for free. Like everything else, however, there is a catch. You still need to have the amount of money required to buy the property, but the glitch works so that you get to keep the money and the property.

The International Business Times has all the details on exactly how to do this.

"Right after buying the property, a quick cut scene occurs," IBT says. "One would have to pause the game and a replay a mission. A short and easy mission will be preferred . . . Complete the particular mission."

Another fun cheat involves the ability to spend roughly 5 minutes with total invincibility. You can wreak havoc and do whatever you'd like without getting busted or injured. The Huffington Post has a video from IGN which gives the exact code to type in. This is especially fun when you are not involved in a mission and you just want to do anything and everything.
