Actor William Levy has been dedicating his time to the launch of his new fragrance.

The telenovela star traveled to Uruguay Thursday to take some promotional photos and videos for the scent, which will include his name and likeness on the brand. Levy's first fragrance was released in 2008, where the profits from the sales went to helping pregnant women with AIDs, notes People En Español. 

For his new fragrance, he first made the announcement by sharing a picture of the Uruguayan flag. 

"Ready to embark on a new adventure," Levy shared on Instagram Thursday. "Going to Uruguay to film my first commercial for my new fragrance. I'll give you more details soon ;-) Love YOU all!!! #travelingtheworld."

And more details he gave, keeping fans in the loop with stunning pictures of his filming location. He snapped one picture while overlooking the city of Montevideo and the surrounding water.

"All the way from #Montevideo #Uruguay Love you all !! This photo was taken at 8:45 pm and it's still day with the moon visible," he explained. "Incredible place."

Then it was time for the real work to begin. Levy shared a behind-the-scenes image from his photo shoot Friday to whet fans' appetites.

His time outside of work seemed to be spent enjoying the natural beauty of Uruguay, which he took the time to share with his 544,000 followers on Instagram.

He even found a new friend in Montevideo, a stray dog that joined him and his team while having lunch.

"For some reason, in Punta Del Este in Uruguay you don't see that many people walking on the streets," his caption on a photo of his four-legged friend, when translated, read. "It's an impressive tranquility. We were actually just saying that we hadn't seen a dog yet in these two days that we were there. Not even had a minute gone by, when out of nowhere this dog appeared by my side, fixedly looking at me, as you see in this photo. It didn't leave until we finished eating. WOW!!!"
