"Bones" fans will be in for a real treat when the long-running Fox series airs its landmark 200th episode on Thursday.

The episode, which is aptly titled "The 200th in the 10th," will show the Jeffersonian team reimagined as the cast in a Hitchcockian 1950's Technicolor movie. Brennan will play an LAPD detective battling sexism, while Booth will be a jewel thief who is framed for the murder of a rich socialite, reports Variety. The rest of the Jeffersonian crew will also take on new professions in the classic Hollywood-themed episode.

A preview of the upcoming episode reveals that viewers will get to see the early stages of Booth and Brennan's romance.

"We haven't kissed yet," says Booth to Brennan in a clip, adding "it doesn't seem like justice."

"It's sort of an origin story," executive producer Stephen Nathan previously told TVLine. "It is the start of the science of forensic anthropology in a bizarre and interesting way. It is seeing [Brennan and Booth] meet the first time again and seeing that relationship begin again."

According to"Bones" star David Boreanaz, who directed the episode, the installment is not a "Hitchcock piece," but rather an "opportunity to do something in that time period."

Nathan went on to say that "it will be an episode unlike any we've ever done before," reports E! News. "We wanted to give a little gift to the fans...give them a little gift showing our characters in situation they would never normally find ourselves in and just see our characters from a different perspective." And no, before you ask, it's not a dream sequence. And yes, familiar faces from the past will be stopping by for the milestone episode. "We're going to have as many people who have crossed our paths as we possibly can," Nathan teased, before adding, There are limitations to that, of course."

"It's our fictionalized version of the real 'Bones' world - almost an origin story, if you will," Nathan told Zap2it. "It's really a love letter to the audience, to the fans who have kept us on the air for 10 years."

TVLine also revealed that several stars will reprise their roles, including Ryan O'Neal as Brennan's father Max, Billy F. Gibbons playing Angela's dad Billy, Laura Spencer as squintern Jessica and Ignacio Serricchio as squintern Rodolfo.

In other news, it has been confirmed that the show writers will incorporate Emily Deschanel's real life pregnancy into the show.

"We are so happy for Emily," showrunner Stephen Nathan says in an exclusive statement to TVLine. "As before, rather than try to hide this from a sophisticated audience, we are integrating her pregnancy into the show.

"Booth and Brennan, like most couples today, will continue to work, play and catch murderers - maybe they're unique in this respect - as their family grows," Nathan stated. "As with most new situations that have arisen in 10 years, we feel that this can only enhance the show. Although I'm sure there will be a vocal group of fans eager to attack me, I hope they will be pleasantly surprised by what we have in store."

The 200th episode of "Bones" will air Thursday, Dec. 11 at 8 p.m. EST.
