Nicki Minaj Hot New Music Video Premiere 2014: 'Only' featuring Drake, Lil Wayne & Chris Brown [Watch]
Just a few days before releasing her anxiously awaited third studio album "The Pinkprint," Nicki Minaj shared a brand new music video for her latest single "Only" featuring Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.
Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the visual starts off with a bunch of muscular men being abducted and taken to the Trinidadian rapper, who plays a torturing dominatrix.
While fellow Young Money emcees Drizzy and Weezy rap about how they have never slept with her, Breezy sings the hook, sporting a pair of creepy colored contact lenses and golden grills.
The porn-esque video, which is full of risqué costumes, bondage equipment and blood, is not as controversial as the previously dropped lyric visual, which Minaj was under fire for using Nazi imagery.
In the much criticized clip, the "Starships" hitmaker is transformed into an Adolf Hitler-like dictator, while the only color comes from a red Nazi-inspired "YM" symbol, which obviously represents her record label. A cartoon version of herself is seen leading thousands of soldiers armed with rifle guns and tanks, as the buildings hang swastika-style "YM" banners surrounded by gasmasks and exploding missiles and bombs.
Minaj then took to her Twitter account to explain that the lyric video was only inspired by films "Sin City" and "Metalocalypse":
However, director Jeff Osborne refused to apologize, issuing a statement on Mysace. "First, I'm not apologizing for my work, nor will I dodge the immediate question," he wrote. "The flags, armbands, and gas mask (and perhaps my use of symmetry?) are all representative of Nazis."
Nicki Minaj's "The Pinkprint," which will also include "Anaconda" and "Pills N Potions," is set for a release on Dec. 15. Check out the official music video for "Only" featuring Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown below:
