The 2014 NFL regular season is complete, and just six teams in the AFC are left for a chance to win the Super Bowl.

The NFL postseason is a "one and done" format, so it's critical that teams bring their best games come playoff time:

Final 2014 AFC standings:

1. New England Patriots
2. Denver Broncos
3. Pittsburgh Steelers
4. Indianapolis Colts
5. Cincinnati Bengals
6. Baltimore Ravens

So what does all this mean?

Don't worry, we got you covered. The Patriots and Broncos get a bye week in the first round, because they each finished in the top two in the standings. In the first round, the No. 3 seed Steelers will take on the No. 6 seed Ravens, and the No. 4 seed Colts will play the No. 5 seed Bengals. Winners of those two games will advance to the AFC divisional round.

Let's take a look at the AFC Wild Card match-ups:

(6) Ravens at (3) Steelers

It just doesn't get any better than this.

One of the best rivalries in the NFL will take place in the very first round. The Steelers and Ravens will face each other for the third time this season. These two franchises have won a combined four Super Bowls this century. In Week 2, the Ravens beat the Steelers 26-6. But the Steelers returned that favor with a dominating 43-23 win in Week 9.

The Steelers are 3-0 all-time against the Ravens in the postseason.

Wide receiver Antonio Brown has been one of the best at his position this season, and Ben Roethlisberger is looking to add a third Super Bowl ring to his collection. This season, the Steelers were an impressive 6-2 at home, including a home win over the Ravens. Joe Flacco may be an inconsistent quarterback, but he has had a lot of great playoff performances in January. Flacco is a former Super Bowl MVP, let's remember.

Unfortunately for the Steelers, running back Le'Veon Bell hyper-extended his knee in Week 17 against the Bengals on Sunday Night Football.

Schedule: The Steelers and Ravens will play each other on Saturday, Jan. 3 at 8:15 p.m. EST on NBC. The game will be played at Heinz Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

(5) Bengals at (4) Colts

The very next day on Sunday, the Bengals and Colts will be squaring off in the other AFC Wild Card game.

For the third consecutive season, Andrew Luck and the Colts will be playing in January. The AFC South is one of the weakest divisions in the NFL, and the Colts took advantage of it by going a perfect 6-0 against divisional opponents. The Colts will have home field advantage, but the Bengals have been a great team this season.

The Colts defeated the Bengals in Week 7, 27-0.

For some reason, the Bengals just don't perform very well in prime-time games, especially in the playoffs. The Bengals have the longest playoff win drought in the entire NFL dating back to 1990. If the Bengals lose this game, you can bet head coach Marvin Lewis will be released. Quarterback Andy Dalton didn't have a very impressive regular season with just 19 touchdowns and 17 interceptions, and he is 0-3 in his playoff career. Rookie running back Jeremy Hill has been fantastic this season with 1,124 rushing yards.

Schedule: The Bengals and Colts will play each other on Sunday, Jan. 4 at 1:05 p.m. EST on CBS. The game will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
