'Parenthood' Season 6 Spoilers: Julia and Joel Get Back Together, Amber Goes Into Labor [Video]
NBC released a new preview video that teases just how emotional the last four episodes of "Parenthood" will be as the series comes to an end.
During the midseason finale in November, Julia and Joel ended up making out when Julia tried to force him to sign their divorce papers. The new promo video shows that the two will take more steps towards reconciling their troubled marriage.
"I will tell you this as many times as you need me to, I will never leave you again," Joel tells Julia in one scene.
The preview also gives more insight into Zeek's health and fate. In the last episode, Zeek awoke from his sleep because of chest pains and was in need of an ambulance. The video shows that he will consider going under the knife, however a doctor in the clips tells him, "Your heart is just not strong."
In another clip, Amber goes into labor, while Hank seems like he is going to propose to Sarah.
Entertainment Weekly also dropped spoilers about what fans can expect when the show returns from its winter hiatus in January.
"When the show returns from hiatus for its 100th hour, we pick up just moments after Camille dialed 911, which means all eyes will be on Zeek's health. However, one thing that might surprise you is the person who's most affected by the situation: Hank. There's nothing like watching the Bravermans come together to make a person think about life."
Show creator Jason Katims recently announced both the title and airdate of the upcoming series finale.
"Thank you to all the fans for 6 great seasons. Tune in to say goodbye to the Bravermans on 1/29. #ParenthoodFarewell," he posted on Twitter.
The title of the finale is "May God Bless and Keep You Always," a reference to the "Parenthood's" theme song by Bob Dylan.
Season 6, Episode 10 of "Parenthood," "How Did We Get Here?" airs on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, on NBC.
