In a recent interview with CBS, Jennifer Aniston revealed her methods for dealing with the constant paparazzi, tabloids, and public scrutiny that come with being an A-list celebrity in Hollywood.

"Just don't pay attention," she said about how she deals with tabloids. "I think I used to. There was a period where I was hell-bent on saying, 'That's not true, that's not right, that's not fair.' And now I just think you have to let it roll off your back and you realize, I think everyone knows it's all BS and, like, soap opera on paper."

Aniston also addressed having to deal with the stresses that celebrity women specifically go through in Tinseltown.

The actress explained that as a famous woman, she is often questioned about her future plans to start a family and her relationships are also scrutinized. Meanwhile, men in Hollywood are usually able to avoid those questions.

Despite the challenges she has faced as a Hollywood actress, she revealed that her current relationship with Justin Theroux is "very normal."

"The main thing is to try to just keep refocusing back on what you know is true and what makes you guys happy," Aniston said about her relationship. "We know what our truth is. [The rest] is all just static."

Aniston currently stars in the film "Cake," which Huffington Post reports might be in the running for an Oscar nomination. In the film, Aniston undergoes a drastic make-under to portray the leading role of Claire Simmons, a woman who consumes pain medication and illegal drugs in attempt to manage her hallucinations about a widower's wife.

"There would be times when I would have to do a take over because I knew I moved too easily," Aniston said of her role during an Epix roundtable discussion last month. "But what's odd is that after about two weeks of walking and taking on a physical state, that starts to become sort of your natural state of being and moving."
