"The Walking Dead" stunned fans Sunday night as the events in the prison unfolded in the second episode entitled "The Infected," according to Cinema Blend. The impending disaster of Patrick attacking the group was expected, but the shocking part took fans by trembling surprise - someone is a traitor within the camp!

E!Online reports that Patrick, the kid infected with the flu, has died and has been turned in the previous episode. Zombie Patrick then attacks the people in his own camp during the night, and he and the other zombies wreak enough havoc to turn a good number of Woodbury survivors into walkers in the morning.

This went on as another group had to fend off and kill walkers by the fence, which seem to unusually grow in number. The reason is shocking -- because walkers have been lured into the area with dead rats left along the fence like presents to hungry pets. Meanwhile, another mystery surfaces as Karen, Tyreese's new ladylove, gets infected along with another individual, and someone sets fire to both flu-sick patients. Who is/are responsible for these betrayals?

Carol continues to surprise TWD fans as she instructs a little girl to stab her own dead dad before he turns. She then takes both sisters, Lizzie and Mika, under her wing. Her instinct to teach the kids how to use weapons turned out to be a wise move after all. Carl tells his dad about the self-defense class taking over story time, and Rick surprisingly acknowledges that Carol is doing the right thing.

Thank god for livestock, Rick feeds the walkers the pigs that he and Carl raised, preventing further slaughter of survivors in the camp, and the prison crowd survives yet another horrifying day in post-apocalyptic USA.

Finally, Michonne gives the audience a hint of her past as she finally holds baby Judith, but cries devastatingly while doing so, reports the Hollywood Reporter. More of Michonne's story will hopefully be revealed in the next episode.

The camp is no longer safe. There's a traitor who burns people alive for the sake of survival. There's a deadly flu going around.

The prison walls are closing in on Rick Grimes and his group of survivors, and 6 days seems too long a wait to find out their next move.
