"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans recently returned from a fun trip with baby daddy Nathan Griffith and friends to St. Thomas, but posts on social media hint that the vacation was drama-filled.

Griffith proposed to Evans on the trip, and she accepted. Evans' friend Candy Hennessy posted about the engagement on social media, which Evans shared on Twitter. The post did not include any details beyond the fact that the two are engaged, which is likely due to MTV's plans to share the proposal on "Teen Mom."

The joyous occasion has been shadowed by strife since Hennessy, who goes by the handle of Candy3Pat on Instagram, abruptly turned on her friend and allegedly revealed on social media Monday that the trip was awful because Evans and Griffith fought the entire time, reports Inquisitr.

Followers of Evans posted the message Hennessy wrote on Twitter.

"This trip has been awful. Worst trip of my life... Jenelle and Nathan have fought the whole time on a level to which I've never seen before in my life... they have got into fights with all of us over them being rude and stupid," the message reads. "... MTV paid for our dinner and we said we would pay for it, but Nathan kept saying he would pay for it... which he's the one who picked out the most expensive restaurant here. And when we got to (the) taxi, he said hey since I paid for dinner how about everyone suck my d**k."

Hennessy closed her online rant by calling Evans and Griffith "fake" and promising that she would reveal more details about the trip.

Evans posted to Twitter on Tuesday.

"I just want all this drama to end. There was a point where we all were friends and after a day in a half of bad [expletive] said it has ended," she wrote.

There have been reports MTV may have paid for the engagement ring. In Touch Weekly reports that Evans is negotiating with MTV to record her wedding on "Teen Mom."
