The NFC Conference title will be decided today in Seattle. Overmatched in their first game, the Green Bay Packers look to exact revenge on the Seattle Seahawks.

Just how can the Packers attack the mighty defense of the Seahawks and keep bruising tailback Marshawn Lynch out of the endzone? Let's examine.

Contain the Run

The Packers have to be worried about both Lynch and quarterback Russell Wilson. Wilson is a threat to step out of the pocket and run on every down.

Tackling Lynch is not something to take lightly. If the Packers want to have any success in limiting him, the team will need to gang tackle him and not allow him to bust through tackles.

Watch the Formations and Trick Plays

The Packers cannot get caught off guard against the Seahawks. If the Seahawks are not finding success with feeding the ball to Lynch, don't be surprised if Darrell Bevell starts dialing up option and designed quarterback run plays.

Attack the Seattle Defense

Seattle may have one of the best defenses in the league, but Green Bay cannot be afraid to attack. With Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams, the Packers can find a mismatch on the field. If the passing game falters, the Packers will need to rely on Eddie Lacy and James Starks to run the ball through the holes.

For Seattle, there are several things to look for when facing the Packers.

Pressure Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers has a bad hamstring, and he was in clear pain in Week 17 and in the Divisional Playoff game against Dallas. He cannot roll out much, so if the Seahawks pressure Rodgers, it could lead to many sacks because of his limited mobility.

Don't Leave Nelson Open

The Packers know Nelson is a deep threat and they take advantage of that nearly every week. Seattle knows this as well. The Packers cannot allow him to get open and burn them for a big gain or long touchdown. They might want to have an extra safety keeping one eye on him on most plays.

Prediction

Seattle is just too powerful for Green Bay. They have a ball-hawking defense that will really disrupt Rodgers's game today.
