As his probation has temporarily been revoked, Chris Brown is reportedly considering marrying longtime girlfriend Karrueche Tran, possibly before March.

Now that he may have to go to prison for four years, the R&B star is "scared" and "contemplating marrying Karrueche now before his situation gets worse," according to HollywoodLife.com.

Brown also reportedly wants Tran to be in charge of everything that has to do with him, if he gets locked up in jail.

"If Chris has to go to prison for a while, he wants Karrueche to be taken care of and in charge of his entire estate," a source said. "In order for that to happen, he'd have to marry her. He doesn't trust many people, and his mother isn't really in a position to be in charge of all his stuff. He loves Karrueche, trusts her and want to be in control, should he have to go to prison."

According to the source, Brown is thinking about the future "because he doesn't know what will happen in March."

"He could go to prison or he could be free,"but what he does know is that he wants his girl to have full and complete access and power over all of his affairs and to make sure that legally happens," the source explained. "She'd have to be his wife, and he's cool with that."

Another source claimed that Tran feels the same and is willing to marry Breezy, even if he goes back to prison.

"Of course she would marry Chris. There's not one man she would rather spend the rest of her life with other than Chris," the source told HollywoodLife.com. "She loves him that much and will be there for him no matter what happens in March."

Moreover, the thought of losing Brown is reportedly making Tran sick and depressed.

"Obviously, she doesn't want him going to jail. She wants him home and in the studio so he can continue to inspire people with his music and his dancing and share his talents with the world," the source added. "He's not some criminal. He's a loving man who's helped so many people in his young life and it would literally destroy him if worse came to worse."
