Nike Release Dates 2015 Price, Where to Buy & Photos: LeBron 12, KD 7 “BHM” [Pics]
The much-awaited editions of the signature shoes of NBA superstars LeBron James and Kevin Durant are set to hit the sneaker market this weekend, and both models are expected to get a lot of attention.
The LeBron 12 will be released in "Black History Month" edition, which is officially listed as the Black/White-Metallic Silver colorway of James' latest signature shoe, on Saturday, 10 a.m. EST.
The LeBron 12 "BHM" features a black and white palette on the upper part with a unique print as accent. It also sports white Nike Swoosh logos and metallic silver laces, finished off with an icy blue translucent outsole.
According to Nike, this colorway of the LeBron 12 is one of the best models in their 2015 Black History Month Collection, which has been making waves over the past several weeks. Nike noted this edition is proof it is not impossible to create an iconic sneaker using just black and white hints.
The LeBron 12 "BHM" edition will be sold for $220 per pair on Nike.com and select Nike retailers worldwide. It will also be released in gradeschool sizes for $165 per pair on a limited basis. Official photos of this excellent-looking signature model are available on this link.
Aside from the new signature shoe of the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar, Nike will also release the KD 7, Durant seventh Nike signature shoe, on Saturday, 10 a.m. EST.
The KD 7 "BHM" has black-based toe part that bears the patterned Nike Swoosh logo and the BHM logo. It is combined with a white-based part near the heel part and tongue with the KD logo on it.
Like the other shoes included in this special collection, this edition of Durant's signature shoe boasts an eye-catching BHM-themed prints, finished off with an icy blue translucent outsole.
The KD 7 "BHM" will be sold for $170 per pair on Nike.com and select Nike Stores worldwide. Like the LeBron 12, it will also arrive at retailers in gradeschool sizes for $120 per pair. More photos of this shoe are available on this link.
Aside from these BHM-themed signature shoes, Nike is also expected to make noise with the release of two Jordan Brand shoes this Saturday. The Air Jordan 7 Retro will come out in "French Blue" edition, while the Jordan Dub Zero will hit shelves in "Wolf Grey" edition. More information about this two Air Jordan shoes can be seen here.
