2015 NHL All-Star Weekend Date, Time & Live Stream: 48 Competitors to Battle it Out in 6 Events [Watch]
Saturday's Honda NHL All-Stars Skills Challenge will allow players to show off their skating, shooting and stickhandling in a six-round skills competition starting at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
The competition will also be live streamed on NBC Sports Live Extra.
The format for the competition is based on the six events. Team Foligno will compete against Team Toews. In total, all 48 competitors will compete in at least one event.
The night starts off with the Bridgestone NHL Fastest Skater competition. This competition features four one-on-one races. Each team will select four skaters to race. Each race is worth one point, and there is a bonus point awarded to the team with the fastest overall skater in all four of the races. A total of 5 points can be won in this competition.
The Honda Breakaway Challenge is all about the fans and voting. Fans on Twitter will have a chance to select one player out of the six total participants. Captains from both teams will select the other five.
In the Breakaway Challenge, players are encouraged to be creative with the three shots they are given. They can use the whole neutral and offensive zone to come up with the coolest, most unique breakaway they can. They are judged on style by fans watching at home on TV and in the arena.
Event three is all about accuracy as players will be shooting for the corners trying to destroy styrofoam targets. Two players from each team will compete.
Event four is an obstacle course-like event with different goals including one-timers, goalie goals and puck control through a series of cones.
Event five is the hardest shot contest. This contest takes four players from each team and measures the speed of their shots. The shot must be on goal to be counted by the radar gun.

The final event pits all 48 skaters in a giant shootout, which features all the skaters and six goalies. This event will calculate goals based on regular pucks (one point) and Discover Card pucks (two points). The team with the most points at the end wins this event.
After all the events are calcuated, the team with the most points, Team Foligno or Team Toews, wins the entire competition.
