Miley Cyrus Twitter: Did 'Wrecking Ball' Singer Diss Selena Gomez With Nicki Minaj Lyrics?
On Friday, Jan. 23, Miley Cyrus posted a tweet The Hollywood Life claims is aimed at her public foe, Selena Gomez.
Cyrus's tweet quoted Gomez's ex, Justin Bieber in his song with Nicki Minaj, "Beauty and a Beat."
In the song, Minaj references "The Heart Want What it Wants" singer when she raps she has "her eye" on "Selener."
Cyrus retweeted the lyric, and now many fans and critics are assuming the tweet is meant as a subliminal jab at Gomez.
Two days prior to her tweet diss, Cyrus slammed Gomez via Instagram by reenacting a photo Gomez posted of herself pouting her lips while posing in a black bra, the Hollywood Life reports. Cyrus posted a similar photo of herself and captioned the photo with a snarky comment claiming that people who pose that way are seeking unnecessary attention and want more followers.

Cyrus also took aim at Gomez back in June during her performance of "FU" for her Bangerz tour.
Cyrus sang "FU" while holding a cardboard cutout of Gomez and pointing the middle finger at her face.
Miley's "FU" lyrics read, "I got two letters for you / One of them is F / And the other one is U / Cause what you gotta do / is go get yourself a clue / Only two letters to choose / One of them is F / And the other one's U / SMH I brushed a sin on you!"
A few moments into the "FU" performance, Cyrus threw the Selena Gomez cutout into the audience.
Though it is not clear what specifically sparked the feud between Cyrus and Gomez, Cyrus has a reputation for burning bridges with her former Disney co-stars.
Back in November, "Really Don't Care" singer, Demi Lovato revealed to Boston's 103.3, "The TJ Show" she and Cyrus are no longer friends but "acquaintances."
The Hollywood Life later reported Cyrus' partying lifestyle became a turnoff overtime for Lovato who engages in a strict regimen to maintain her sobriety.
