The pop princess Britney Spears is also known for her impressive line of perfumes. She has already released her 13th fragrance last month and on Sunday, Spears released another perfume -- this time, it's actually her second single titled "Perfume" from her upcoming album, "Britney Jean."

Britney Spears took Facebook to drop her latest track. "This is like sharing a piece of my heart <3 Listen to Perfume now!" she posted on her timeline.

Compared to her previous club-ready electronic dance track "Work B---h," the pop star completely takes a different direction in terms of sound. In the mid-tempo ballad produced by Will.i.am and co-written by Spears, the singer sounds rather serious with bubbly synthesizer and string-filled instrumental.

Britney Spears expresses her vulnerability over insecure feelings about her romantic interest.

"Have you been thinking 'bout her or about me / And while I wait I put on my perfume, yeah I want it all over you / I gotta mark my territory," she sings in the track.

Spears recently talked about what the song means to her. "'Perfume' is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and I think the story is relatable to everyone," she said. "Everyone's been through an insecure moment in a relationship that's left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that."

"I have been through a lot in the past few years and it has really inspired me to dig deeper and write songs that I think everyone can relate to," she also wrote in a recent letter to her fans. "Working with people like Sia, William Orbit, and of course Will.i.am has been an amazing experience. They have listened to all of my ideas and helped me bring them to life."

Britney Spears' forthcoming eighth studio album, "Britney Jean," is slated to release on December 3.
