Colombian rock star Juanes will be performing at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, but this time it will be just in Spanish.

Juanes sang at the 2013 Grammys, where he sang a bilingual version of "Your Song" by Elton John, according to The Associated Press. This time around he will be singing "Juntos" ("Together"), a song written for the Disney movie "McFarland, USA," on the Feb. 8 award show airing on CBS.

"I'm very excited," he said. "I can't believe this is going to happen. You know, I've been waiting for this moment for many years ,and we are very excited now that it's about to come, to happen."

Juanes said he is currently rehearsing a lot and getting "ready for that big night."

This may be one of the biggest Grammys moments involving a Latino star, the last being when Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony performed "Escapémonos."

"A two-time Grammy and 20-time Latin Grammy winner, we are thrilled that current nominee Juanes has been added to the exciting lineup of artists performing at the 57th annual Grammy Awards," Neil Portnow, president and CEO of The Recording Academy, said.

Juanes watched "McFarland, USA," and was then asked by Disney to collaborate on the soundtrack. The movie, which will be released on Feb. 20 in the United States, resonated so much with the singer that he decided to take it on. The movie focuses on a group of Latin American immigrants who work hard at the side of their cross-country coach.

"It touched my heart in a very positive way, in a very deep way," Juanes explained. "It's a very inspiring story."

Juanes said the song came out of the "idea that when people work together" things that seem impossible can happen.

In November, Juanes performed at the Latin Grammys. Audiences were in for a treat, as the rock star sang a medley of his hits, including "La Camisa Negra." Juanes also presented a visually intriguing performance.
