Robin Williams' widow, Susan Schneider, is currently in a legal battle with Williams' children from previous marriages over his estate, TMZ reports.

Williams' children Zak, Zelda and Cody claim Schneider is attempting to change the trust that appoints them possession of Williams' memorabilia and jewelry at his Tiburon, California, home, reports PeopleSchneider and Williams' children are reportedly interpreting the term "memorabilia" in different ways, resulting in major conflict between the two parties.

Though Schneider and Williams' children both agree on the children receiving ownership of Williams' performing accolades, Schneider refuses to give them ownership of his jewelry, specifically his impressive watch collection.

In addition to the memorabilia conflict, Schneider also created more tension between herself and the children when she allegedly prohibited the children from entering Williams' Tiburon home following his death. At the time, Schneider attempted to justify her ban by claiming trustees were invading the Tiburon home she shared with Williams and removed items from the property without her permission. However, the children refuted Schneider's claims, insisting the trustees were entitled to remove items from the home.

A hearing for the legal battle over Williams' estate will be held in Superior Court in Marin County on March 30, according to People.

Allan Mayer, a spokesperson for Williams' children, issued a statement about the legal matter.

"Robin's children want nothing more than to be left alone to grieve. ... The fact is that they have been barred from what had been their father's house, and not even the trustees of the Robin Williams Trust have been able to conduct a complete inventory," the statement said.

TMZ sources add people closely connected to Williams are extremely "heartsick" over the legal battle going on between his widow and his children. They hope that the two parties will come to a resolution and work the matter out privately.
