Jennifer Lopez Diet and Weight: 'The Boy Next Door' Star to Launch New Perfume JLuxe
Any day now, "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez is set to launch her new "JLuxe," fragrance, her third perfume to hit the market over the last several years.
According to Hollywood Life, reps for the 45-year-old "Boy Next Door" star announced late last month the fragrance is coming soon, and Lopez is excited by the prospect of it all. Her two prior forays into the business, with "Glow" and "JLove," proved to be huge financial successes. When it comes to her fragrance, if history tells us anything, fans can expect a scent heavy on fruity smells and hints of musk.
Currently, the ever-busy Lopez has no shortage of projects. In addition to all her aforementioned endeavors, she is also rumored to be working on new music. Through it all, Lopez still finds the time to remain, well, JLo. She recently raved to reporters about how she's convinced she's now in the best shape of her life.
"I look better than when I was in my twenties," she told Us Weekly according to Hollywood Life. "I lost eight pounds."
Aside from regular and consistent exercising, Lopez attributes it all to a refined and changing diet.
"When I eat better, I feel better," she said. "You realize how much you don't need the butter and bread to be healthy. You need the greens."
Lopez also recently announced her partnership with BodyLab, touted as a new "lifestyle plan made for women by women." Its menu includes such staples as shakes and dietary supplements that go hand-in-hand with your workouts.
"In all of my work -- my music, my films, my book, my foundation -- I always strive to inspire women to be the happiest version of themselves," Lopez said in a company press release. "I joined the BodyLab family not only because of their commitment to creating great health and fitness products for women, by women, but also because of their approach to the holistic lifestyle."
