English singer Sam Smith was among the biggest winners at Sunday night's Grammys, taking home three of the top four awards, The Associated Press reported. The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences crowned the 22-year-old's "Stay With Me" as its song and record of the year and Smith as its best new artist.

"Morning Phase," American musician Beck's twelfth studio compilation, snatched up the golden gramophone for album of the year. The nod was as much a surprise as Grammy voters' decision to snub Beyoncé, whose self-titled album, "a hit with critics and fans alike," failed to succeed in any major categories, Newsday noted.

Double winners at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, meanwhile, included Eminem, Chick Corea, the "Frozen" soundtrack and Kendrick Lamar. Here the full list of award winners, courtesy of Grammy.com:
