Previously on "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo" Isabela has figured out how to get back inside the Chicago: she disguises herself as a man. She's able to record Ana dancing on the pole, which means Ana needs to move quickly to tell Fernando the truth. (Catch up on episodes 146-150 here.)

Here's what to expect in episodes 151-1555 of "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo."

Episode 151:

Ana is about to tell Fernando the truth, but all of the sudden the rest of the Lascurains show up. They have a surprise for her, but she does confess to Fanny that she hasn't been able to tell Fernando about her second job.

Ana is sent on a scavenger hunt of sorts, organized by Fernando and the children. At the end of it, Fernando proposes to her.

Unfortunately for Ana, Isabela finds out when her last night at the Chicago is, and she sends Fernando an envelope.

Episode 152:

Enrique may not be able to get to Ana, who is well protected, but he does attack Leon with a knife. Enrique tells him that he is going after Fanny next.

Ana is off to the Chicago for the last time, and she informs Soledad that when she returns she will finally tell Fernando everything. When Fernando gets the letter telling him to go to the Chicago to learn of Ana's true identity, he calls her. She does not answer.

At the end of her show, Ana sees Isabela, who has taken off her disguise.

Episode 153:

Isabela laughs because she believes she has ended Fernando and Ana's relationship. Ana wants to explain her side of the story to Fernando, but he is upset. He can't believe Ana lied to him.

Fernando does not want to see Ana, and he finds out that Fanny knew about the secret. He feels hurt and tells Fanny that she should leave as well.

Episode 154:

Nando is also very hurt by the lies, and he can't believe his sister covered for Ana. All of the stress gets to Ana, and she has an anxiety attack.

Angel was told that Ana was having a heart attack, but he says that all Ana needs is some rest.

Fanny gets a call from Leon, who tells her to be careful because Enrique wants to hurt her.

Episode 155:

Isabela learns that Fernando is upset at Ana, and she feels glee. The children want to see Ana, and they make a plan to go see her.
