Taylor Swift Was Reportedly Jealous of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, 'Threw a Fit' & Has Diss Tracks About Lena Dunham and Miley Cyrus
Taylor Swift has a hit list of diss songs at the ready for some of her best friends in the event she ever needs them.
Life & Style reports the "Shake If Off" singer has "penned some unflattering songs" for close friends Lena Dunham, Miley Cyrus and even longtime BFF Selena Gomez.
The 25-year-old Swift has long gained a reputation for writing such music about former boyfriends and those she considers to be frenemies. The magazine adds Swift also has a habit of getting "extremely jealous" whenever her pals are in relationships.
"Taylor will act like she's being protective of her friends, but really, she's just being jealous," the source added. "She couldn't stand seeing Selena happy with Justin Bieber, so she threw a fit and refused to go to her birthday party last summer when she invited him."
News of Swift's apparent hit list comes at a time when she publicly appears to be in the midst of patching things up with of her longest running tormentors. After six-years of feuding, Swift and Kanye West buried the hatchet at the Grammys earlier this month and now are reported to be working on new music together.
"Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we're definitely going to go in," West told Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview earlier this week. "Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I'm down to get in the studio and work. I don't discriminate, I don't have an elitism of music because of like how many Grammys or you know, the amount of ratings you get on an album."
Swift's best-known diss song was targeted at one-time boyfriend John Mayer, who she briefly dated when she was just 19. In "Dear John," Swift sings, "I see it all, now it was wrong. Don't you think 19 is too young to be played by your dark twsted games, when I loved you so?"
