Gamers who get their hands on Microsoft's new Xbox One will eventually be able to get free games via the Game with Gold program.

Microsoft's Game with Gold program will become available to Xbox One users, which will be released Nov. 22.

"Great news: Access to free games each month is coming for Xbox Live Gold members on #XboxOne - Details coming later in 2014," Larry Hryb, a Microsoft employee, announced via Twitter.

It has yet to be announced which Xbox One games will come free with the Game with Gold program.

Currently, the Game with Gold program gives Xbox Live Gold subscribers two free games every month, GameStop reports. A World of Keflings is available right now until Nov. 15, and Iron Brigade will soon be available.

No official end date for the Game with Gold program for Xbox 360 has been announced yet.

This gives up to 150 lucky gamers who already have an Xbox One something else to which they can look forward.

"Due to a systems error, Target shipped a small number of video game consoles prior to the street date," a Target spokesperson said in a statement. "The vast majority of video game preorders will be delivered in line with street date and according to the guest's originally selected shipping method."

Those who received the Xbox One have been banned from Xbox Live, however, until Microsoft officially releases the video game console.

The error reportedly occurred because Target failed to give regular versions of Xbox One a release date. As a result, Target automatically shipped out orders of the Xbox One upon receiving the shipment. Apparently, only the Day One edition of the Xbox One was properly assigned a release date; none of those editions were sent out early. A source said that most distribution centers noticed the error, but Target thinks that one east coast center did not.

Microsoft will officially release Xbox One in North America on Nov. 22 for $499.99.
