NetherRealm Studios continues to show off Mortal Kombat X during live Twitch streams.

In the latest Twitch episode, two developers played two separate matches. In the matches, they chose Kitana and Reptile. Game Rant has the story and the video.

The fighters classic moves from previous games make it into Mortal Kombat X, but the fatality used by Reptile is definitely new.

Reptile has three fighter variations: Deceptive, Nimble and Noxious. Viewers found out his Deceptive style gives him invisibility, his Nimble style makes him fast while slowing down his opponent, and the Noxious style gives him a poisonous cloud that cannot be blocked.

The developer playing as Reptile took advantage of his tongue attacks. Reptile is able to grab Kitana, throw her up in the air, reel her in with his tongue and then punch her several times before letting her go.

Kitana has a pretty awesome move where she uses her fans to her advantage. She hits Reptile a few times with her fans and then knocks him sky high into the air. Then, she shoots a fan right in his neck. Finally, she jumps up and grabs his head with both hands and slams it to the ground face first. Reptile survived this attack but did sustain 21 percent damage.

There will not be a demo of Mortal Kombat X, Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon confirmed in a tweet Saturday. The closest gamers will get to a demo will be watching the Twitch streams online.

Sunday, NetherRealm Studios confirmed Jade will not be in Mortal Kombat X. However, Kitana will get some of Jade's moves, Gamespresso reported.

Mortal Kombat has a release date of April 14. There will be plenty character announcements before that, so stay tuned.
