Woman Charged With Assault After Head Butting Wal-Mart Employee in Deer Park, Texas Local Store, Starting Fight [Video]
A woman who was caught on camera head butting an employee at a Wal-Mart in Deer Park, Texas, said she has no regrets.
The woman, who has been identified as Jessica Albitz, was charged with assault for head butting Alice Keener, which led to a brawl between the two women earlier this month.
Police said Keener originally declined to press charges, until she received an evaluation by a dentist that determined the head butt knocked two of her front teeth loose.
Keener told Deer Park police on Feb. 11 she wanted to press charges and provided her medical records as evidence, reports USA Today. As a result, police said they would file a warrant for Albitz's arrest.
However, Albitz said she does not regret the incident and would gladly attack Keener again if she had the chance.
"I hope I broke her nose," Albitz told KPRC2. "I hope she has two black eyes, and I hope she remembers me for the rest of her life.
According to her, the fight began over bad customer service during a tax session at the Jackson Hewitt location inside of the Wal-Mart.
"She started talking trash at my husband," Albitz said.
Albitz said she the returned to the store the next day.
"Her curtain was open about this far, and she mumbled under her breath some profound language," Albitz said. "I turned around and said something back, and she got out her cubicle and chased me to the entrance."
"She spit in my face, calling my mother a (expletive). I'm sorry. I love my family and I'm going to take up for my people."
Albitz, who received a trespass warning, said, "[She] was willing to take the charges. If I were to have charges taken, I would've accepted that. For the remainder of my life, I am no longer allowed to go to Wal-Mart on Spencer Highway.
"I would do it all over again and harder."
