Reggie Jackson reportedly informed the Oklahoma City Thunder that he wants to be traded before the deadline on Thursday, and reports indicated the Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets are among teams interested in acquiring the disgruntled guard.

Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports first reported that Jackson, through agent Aaron Mintz, has informed the Thunder about his desire to be traded before the 3 p.m. EST deadline.

Chris Broussard of ESPN then revealed that the Celtics, Rockets, Nuggets, along with the Indiana Pacers have all reached out to the Thunder about a possible deal for Jackson, who is reportedly frustrated with his role in Oklahoma.

Jackson, who is playing in his fourth year in the league, had a strong start this season, but his numbers went on a downward spiral due to reduced playing time.

The 24-year-old point guard averaged 19.5 points to go along with 7.5 assists and 5.3 rebounds in their first 14 games this season, taking bigger responsibilities with both Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook out because of injuries.

However, Jackson averaged just 6.3 points to go along with 3.5 assists and 3.3 rebounds in six games this month. He played just 19.0 minutes per game -- less than half of his 38.2 minutes per game playing time in November.

Jackson's role and playing time went down after the Thunder acquired Dion Waiters in a three-team deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks last month. Wojnarowski also added that the fourth-year guard has a rocky relationship with Thunder coach Scott Brooks.

A trade to Boston will give Jackson the playing time that he wants since the Celtics have already parted ways with Rajon Rondo earlier in the season. Jackson could also get significant minutes in Houston, but he will be playing alongside superstar James Harden, who is taking 18.3 shots per game this season.

But according to Broussard, the Thunder will not give up Jackson easily and will ask for significant assets in return. The Thunder could keep Jackson beyond the trade deadline and let him become a restricted free agent this summer.

Jackson could sign offer sheet from other teams, but the Thunder will have the right to match any offer to keep the former Boston College standout. Previous reports indicated, though, that Jackson is planning to accept a qualifying offer in the offseason to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2016.
