Lady Gaga celebrates the successful release of her third studio album, "Artpop," with it officially hitting No. 1 spot on U.K. chart summit for the third time now, knocking the Detroit rapper Eminem off the top spot.

In fact, "Artpop" is the 999th No. 1 in the 57-year history of the British albums chart, and everyone excitedly anticipates finding out who will be honored for 1000th bestseller this week.

The "Applause" singer's album releases have been very successful in the past, including "The Fame" in 2009 and "Born This Way" in 2011. Lady Gaga, known for her bizarre yet quite extravagant wardrobes, consequently has earned approximately $80 million in the past year. "Do What U Want," featuring the Chicago R&B singer R. Kelly from her recently released album, arrived at No. 9 spot in the Official Charts Company's latest data.

The 17-year-old Dutch DJ Martin Garrix claimed the week's best-selling single with his house/electronic club hit "Animals," which made him the second-youngest artist to hold down No. 1 spot this year.

British singer Lily Allen, who recently released the visuals for her new single "Hard Out Here," returned to the music scene after taking a break for 4 long years. Her version of the Keane's hit song "Somewhere Only We Know" hit No. 2 spot.
